I'm so disappointed in this kaftan. I had ordered another one, from the same company and I returned it simply because of its design and color. It was too bright for me but the quality was good. When I ordered this from the same company, I expected it to be just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, although the fabric is fine this time, the quality of its construction is not. The seams are not even hemmed and neither is the bottom hem. The only place that the kaftan is truly finished is at the neckline. This particular kaftan cost more than the others because it has a a woven design at the bottom of the v-neck. Unfortunately, even it isn't sewn together. It's a series of vertical flat fabric pieces woven together like a summer camp pot holder. With the first wash, I can only imagine what it would devolve to. I'm sending this one back. Read more
