Wow, a comfortable office chair that exceeds expectations. The installation is very simple. It took me about 20 minutes to complete alone. The manual is very detailed, and the tools provided are also very convenient. It's a great product. I have been sitting on this chair for 2 days and I really like its cushion. This is a nice chair, in a pretty gray. I am a size 6/8 woman, and this chair is okay for me. But my tall husband and son couldn't really fit comfortable in this. I can see why. If I sit, my thighs only have about an inch of space on either side. So if you are a guy or larger woman, I would skip this chair. Assembly was a little tricky. I took off a star because of the size and because we had some trouble getting one of the bolts in the bottom, and ultimately had to leave it out. Read more

The quality wasn't up to my expectations. This LOOKS like some high-end ergo office chairs but it really isnt. there is little adjustment. assembly wasnt too bad but I'm very handy so YMMV. It's cheap but most importantly, it does not feel good to sit in compared to a herman miller though this is much cheaper so if you arent used to that it may be ok. It has a lumbar support thing but nah, just save your money especially if you sit a lot. Read more
