Great for people with limited mobility. More sturdy than the longer handles that you add your own razor to; which I had initially used and it just didn’t work for me. This provided a smooth, close shave. Would recommend to anyone who has hip issues. Read more

This is a review of the "Extended Reach" option. This is basically a very long-handled razor, which I didn't even realize existed until I came across this one, but yeah, it's kinda genius. For someone whose flexibility, dexterity, and/or mobility is compromised, whether temporarily or permanently, this is a very helpful tool to be able to keep up with personal care. From end to end, this is about 9" long. And while there is nothing earth shattering about this razor - at its core, it's a plastic razor with a 5-blade cartridge - it does have some nice features besides the length. There are raised lines along the handle that make it easier to grip/hold onto, the handle is shaped/curved to be comfortable to hold at the end but also in the center, and there's a hook built into the end of the handle to hang it. It definitely helped with shaving some areas that were on the tricky side to reach. I do wish it came with at least one extra cartridge, but it does not. Given that it's just the handle with a single cartridge, I struggle to find the value for price at the time of my order ($13.99), but I think it's very reasonably priced for what you get at the time of this review ($6.99). Works great. I can not bend to shave my legs post surgery. These have kept me from having hairy legs. I live in Florida and smooth legs are a must. They are also pre lubricated. Read more
