I read over many reviews a few times before buying, and the votes were about split on 'too small" or "as expected or large" for size ordered. I am a 7.5W in a pump and an 8 in all other shoes otherwise, so I decided to follow the voting half that said it 'runs small" b/c I knew that too tight wouldn't work but I could put on a thick wool sock if needed. SIZE MYSTERY SOLVED: As soon as I saw & tried them on I knew exactly why the reviews have been as such: The have a liner inside them to keep your feet warm so that will make your 'normal' size feel too tight...yet to deliver on warmth, the liner needs to stay (and I've not found it to be removable...not that I would take it out!). So ladies, here's the deal: Size up b/c of the liner which will keep your feet nice & warm. I got the size 9. Half sizes would have been preferred, so my ideal fit would simply have been an 8.5 to allow for the liner but it does not come in half sizes! I am using them in Minnesota & my feet are nice & warm & the boot is comfortable; I wear a light wool sock & to snug it for hard core snow conditions I would just add a regular, thicker wool sock. I would have given it a 4.5 for not having half sizes, but other than that it's a 5 star product. Read more
Best winter boots! These boots have a tread on them to help with traction. They do run a bit small, so I can't wear thick socks, but they are perfect for what I need snow boots for. They are easy to put on and to cinch tightly. They're a bit pricey, but worth it. This is a very high quality boot. I will definitely buy this brand again when this pair runs out. They look nice and stay clean. Read more
These Boots run at least a full size too small. I wear a size 6 and based on other reviews decided to order my exact size as many said they run large. Apparently they've either tried to fix this or this is not the case they actually run very small. I am returning the small ones and trying again by ordering a 7 and will add to this review if they turn out to be what I expected when I can finally wear them in the Wisconsin winter conditions. They are all so slow to ship. 2-day Prime turns out to be at least 10 days!. UPDATE! These run very very narrow. I received my replacement order one size larger than I usually wear and they are still very snug I have a medium with foot thinking going up a full size would help with not only the problem with the first order at a size 6 being too small but with the wet. Not so much and I can't go up another size that leaves too much room at the end of my toe and Laos my heel to slip. I'm going to continue trying to wear them see if the minor pack down a little making them a little more comfortable they're so cute and do seem to be warm and fairly well made sizing is a disappointment Read more
4 stars since I haven't gotten serious use out of these since it's not cold yet, but from first impressions and walking around my house, these boots are comfy and very warm. They seem like they're made really well. The tread on the bottom of the boot seems like it'll protect you from slippery conditions. The boots are lace up, so they can fit a wide variety of calf sizes, as well as tucked in jeans. The D-rings for the laces are made of metal, not plastic. The white nylon is heavy nylon and water repellent. I will most likely Scotchgard them to make them even more weather resistant. Will update their functionality in the cold once winter weather hits. SIZING: there's a removable insulated foam type material boot inside the actual boot. Again, this is removable, but is needed to make these boots functional in the cold. With the warming layer removed, these boots will fit true to size imo. Although if you remove the warming layer, you'll have to buy an insole to put in the bottom since it's just plastic. The removable boot make these boots a solid 1/2 to one full size smaller than advertised. I'm a 7½. I bought an 8, and they fit snug with mid-weight socks on. Btw, you'll need to wear socks with the warming layer. It's itchy and a bit rough on bare skin. Since they only come in full sizes, I can imagine I'd swim in a 9. The only complaint I have for the manufacturer is that these boots really need to come in half sizes. Read more

I’m from rural Alaska and have to go outside often in -30 winter weather, so I definitely know what is a “good” winter boot. These boots were WAY too small and narrow. I normally wear women’s 10 reg. shoe and women’s 11 for any winter boot, but these were very narrow and I couldn’t wear them with even a thin pair of socks, also my foot was like perfectly touching the boot from heel to toe, no wiggle room at all or space for socks. It felt like my feet were getting squeezed, and I don’t have wide feet by any means. The boot it’s self looked very nice and seemed like they would be very warm, if only it fit right! I think the Kamik brand just runs small, I also ordered at the same time, a pair of girls size 2 boots for my daughter, which were also too small/tight for her. I would definitely say order a size up for any Kamik boot, but in my case, I can’t and won’t order a size 12. Read more
Very nice boots. As far as fit goes, I always get my boots on the larger side, so I was quite surprised when I got these that they were snug. However, I did read reviews prior to purchasing these and knew this might be an issue. The liner in the boots is what was causing this. I removed the liner and the boots were definitely roomy, but I wanted to see if the liners would compress after wearing them for a bit. I wore them around the house for a couple hours to break them in and sure enough they fit perfectly now. If you do purchase these, don’t automatically assume they’re too small when trying them on. Worst case scenario, you can remove the liner and just wear some wool socks to act as insulation in place of the liners. Luckily, I don’t have to do that! Love the style and feel of these! Read more
