This long sleeve top has a flattering combination of soft ribbed knit material and lace. The ribbed knit material is stretchy, while the lace has no stretch. I really like how the lace dresses up the top and adds a feminine touch. The lace gaps allow air to freely flow in the sleeves—nice to know if you tend to overheat, or run on the colder side. I purchased two different colors: burnt orange and beige. From the online depiction, I imagined a dull and muted burnt orange, but it’s actually brighter. Likes: - slim cut in torso, but doesn’t dig into torso or reveal what shouldn’t be.. - stretchy knit fabric—comfortable and easy to move in - lace sleeves add a beautiful feminine touch Dislikes: I ordered the same size in both, but they do not fit equally.. - Length: Burnt orange runs long in the torso, while beige is almost too short. - Lace sleeves: burnt orange runs long in the sleeves, while the beige lace fit well at the wrist. The shirt is very nice, fits perfect and I do like the material however, the color is off. I only like earth tones, especially fall colors and I bought this specifically for fall but this is not fall. I dont know how to describe this color other than it has peach in it and it looks like a summer color. The picture shows a fall dusty orange, this shirt I received is too bright and not at all a color I would wear. Be careful when ordering as they have the lighting off in the photo. I will see about exchanging, if that is even possible, because I really do like this shirt. Also, some mentioned in their reviews not the same amount of buttons or only having three buttonholes. Love these shirts, have bought a few in different colors. They are lightweight, comfortable, wash up beautifully with no shrinkage, pilling or fading so far (I do wash my shirts in cool water and only dry them halfway on low setting then hang to continue drying). Sizing is relaxed, yet still a feminine cut and the small scalloped trim around the neckline is cute without being overly girlie. The contrasting wood-look buttons are a nice touch to break the color up a little. For reference, I’m 5’2”, 132 pds with a few extra pounds in my belly area, so I bought a large and it’s perfect: not too tight and just comfortably loose. Additionally, I HATE the trend nowadays where manufactures think every woman wears yoga pants and shirts down past their butts: I do not: strictly a jeans girl and these shirts are just the right length: hit me just below the hips, about mid-butt, so can be worn tucked in, left out, or with just a front tuck as is the popular style. Fabric is somewhat see through, and it runs VERY small. The sleeves will not fit like the picture if you order your true size. They will be too short. I recommend going up at least one size from your norm. The neckline is wide, so bra straps may show. It’s not very soft, even considering the mix of materials… I’ve felt softer shirts. I don’t imagine it will be very durable, or hold up well after washing, but that has yet to be seen. Read more
