Love this! Love the size. It’s easy to use and store. Would recommend for sure! The price was right for the size, and I believe it works. I’ve used smaller ones for other parts of the body and been very pleased. The mat is really well made too. The controller is so easy. Read more

This is a very good size, so I'm surprised that people find it too small. If you want to cover your entire body front and back, you'll need four of them. It could get a little spendy. I use this every night and use it as a blanket around my legs and lower torso. After regular use of a couple of days, any aches or pains go away. The only small complaint I have is that it there's a plastic coating over the lights. I have another very small red light therapy pad I had purchased from an American made company years ago, (now out of business), it so so much more effective in a much shorter time. I wonder if it's the plastic sheet that prevents it from being super effective. Also that plastic coating is COLD. I need to start this pad about 20 minutes prior to using it to warm it up. It's super easy to use and understand, it rolls up for easy storage, too. I purchased it for the 660/850nm functionality. That seems to be key. Read more

Excellent product! I have had knee pain and limited range for few months. Bursitis. After 2 weeks of using it every night for 60 min… my knee pain is gone and I am have almost full range of motion back. (I have not done anything different than just this red light mat). I put it over my legs like a blanket while watching tv every night. I have also noticed improvement with my lipedema. I highly recommend this mat!!! Read more

Disappointed. Instructions were practically non existent. There are three different light levels but I could never figure out what they were for. Just sitting in the box. Seems sturdy and well made. Size was great. Did smell slightly but that did not bother me as I know plastic smells when new and smell would go away. Did not get any results but I only used it a few times so that’s my fault. update: the seller reached out and sent a new mat that doesn’t smell badly. i’ve used it twice and it’s easy to use. i’ll update as i gain progress. update 2: still working well. i use it every other day. i pull up a blanket and lay the mat on top. i lay down, pull a blanket up over me so the lights don’t hurt eyes, set it to p4 and the less visible blinking…i’m actually writing whilst laying on it :) after, i simply roll it up and move it to its place. i have spinal damage and recently broke my tibia plateau. i feel the mat is helping. inflammation is decreasing. i’m very pleased with customer service at this company. i would recommend… ———————- i can’t even try it. the smell is so intense that i’ve had trouble breathing since opening it. it’s airing out but it’s still triggering breathing trouble. the quality seems good but i cannot speak to the function until it airs out. i may have to just return it Read more

The Kaoudt Red Light Therapy Mat is very easy to use. The instruction manual was short and easy to understand. I like that safety glasses are provided. The mat is a generous size and is comfortable both to lay on or use over yourself. I like that is has an auto shut off feature. I plan to use it daily. Read more
