So instead of buying new toys I took a razor to a seam in the toy with the broken squeaker and replaced it. I wrapped the speaker in a paper towel t9 make it harder to puncture and that worked. So far I’ve sewn 11 toys to make them new. I’ve been using upholstery thread for extra strength. They also hold up in the washer and dryer beautifully. What a deal. So far not one have had to be redone. Very happy. When I choose one to sew my dog sits patiently right in front of me staring with anticipation until I’m done then happily takes it with a thank you in her eyes. 🥰🐾 Read more

Great value if you need lots of squeakers

I have a 10.5 month old, 90 lb Doberman puppy - he loves his toys but is big and rowdy and regularly punctures squeakers in the course of normal play. I appreciated being able to buy these replacement squeakers in bulk; now I have them on-hand to use as needed when fixing my puppy's toys. Since I have such a big bag of them now, I've even added squeakers to toys that didn't originally have any inside. I'm happy with the size of the individual squeakers as well - they're a good "general purpose" size. I'm giving the Durability and Sturdiness 5 stars because they are pretty on-par with other squeakers and I don't have an expectation that they'll last forever or be puncture-proof etc. The squeakers I received were all intact and in good working condition. My Wire Fox Terrier destroys the squeakers in her toys. By adding new squeakers I can extend the life of the toys, and keep the dog happy (it's all about the squeaker, you know.)
