This deep black liner is great. Stays on well, glides easily and precise. I’ve fallen asleep in it (don’t recommend with any make up, but it happens) and stays on! Doesn’t run easily , so does well against water and tears. Hard to smudge once it’s dry. Definitely worth the cost as I love to do a cat eye (or wings) Precision tip for small lines. Builds well.
