This thing is amazing!!! Can I say I'm a Gen X OG gamer and I have dreamed of VR gaming since the 90s and here we are and it's everything I imagined it would be. My inner child/teen is very happy with this treadmill. It took a while to set up. I consider myself fairly tech savvy (I used to work a help desk) but there were a lot of little annoying issues. The product arrived a lot faster than the estimated delivery date. It’s a stunning piece of equipment and allows for an immersive experience for VR gameplay. It’s extremely sturdy and high quality. Arrived with broken bolts and washers and missing bolts for the backing. Also will not turn on despite power coming through the power supply. Materials are insanely cheap for a $1300 item inclusive to cheap hardware that breaks/strips and cheap logos and cosmetics that have rubbed off during shipping. What impressed me was that they didn’t just send a canned response — someone actually checked in a couple of days later to see if the problem was resolved. It’s rare to see that kind of service these days. Once I got everything working, the experience has been great. It’s not plug-and-play, but the team behind it clearly wants users to succeed.
