I have been using this unbleached parchment paper for over two years now, and it has been absolutely fantastic. It fits perfectly on my standard cookie sheets, but it’s also easy to fold in half or cut into any shape I need. The flexibility makes it incredibly useful for so much more than just baking. I was tired of fighting with my rolls of parchment paper curling up on me all the time. This product fixes that problem. It's easy to stow away. I just pull out a sheet and fits perfectly in sheet pan. I also moved toward this product to stop using aluminum foil to cook my food on. You get 200 pieces for the price! Have used Katbite parchment for years and it has become a regular staple in the kitchen for roasting, baking, and lining pans of all kinds. Sheets separate easily, lie flat on the tray, and the nonstick coating releases food cleanly so cleanup is quick.
