I like the idea of drops as opposed to pills or even capsules. This is a blend of 3 herbs, kava kava, chammomile and lavender. It says 1000mg per dose in a proprietary blend of all three which personally I would rather know exactly how much of each ingredient is in a dose but generally it seems anymore this is how supplements are processed. It has a very light hardly noticeable fruity taste, so I just put the drops under my tongue, very easy to take. I recommend it. Read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I thought I would in this case. I've used Kava in powered form and even in edible forms and it works great. In this case the only thing I can say good about it is the taste. Kava in most forms tastes very bitter and causes your tongue and lips to go numb for several minutes. That tells me it's working when that happens. I wanted to try a more convenient format to take Kava. This has no affect on me at all. Even if I double the dose, nothing. The fact that I get no numbing sensation tells me it's not gonna help. Perhaps the higher reviewers are getting a placebo effect? Even the Kava candy I sometimes use numbs my mouth and gives me calm.
