It arrived packaged neatly with all the accessories included in the sellers photos. It is very spacious! I am able to fit my 13 inch MacBook Pro, report binder, extra pair of scrubs, a pencil bag, and a medium cosmetic bag. I also have other toiletries that fit well in the smaller pockets. I love that you’re able to convert this bag into a book bag/crossbody and switch it back to backpack style. Bought this a month ago and one of the straps broke. It's really cute and I love the little pins and charms it came with. It has soooo many compartments and I'm able to fit a lot of stuff. It definitely is big enough if you use it for school. I have my textbooks + laptop inside and hoodie. The customer service was exceptional. They reached out to me and offered a strap replacement. I like it but the strap is the biggest problem it barely goes down, so it’s hard to wear, everything else is fine. I also don’t like it made out of plastic but the charm it came with was so cute! And the backpack in general is adorable definitely going to use it for school!! Read more

this bag is so so cute and would be a really good laptop bag but not a good bag for school at all. at first i didn’t mind because i got compliments saying it was so cute but it became inconvenient. it’s more a purse in my opinion. i put a small school chromebook and few books but my strap still broke and i had to staple it together for the time being 😭😭😭this is def a bag for toddlers. purpose over looks now i know🙏🙏 Read more
