I got the dual battery with charger and head strap, everything was in the box, packaged great and fit perfectly! However only one of the battery packs will charge. It will cut on but as soon as you plug it in the base or straight to the charger and starts to blink one led light. Hopefully I'll be able to get it replaced. Other than that, great product! This thing was honestly a game changer for my Meta Quest 3S. The extra battery makes a huge difference and lets me play way longer without worrying about charging all the time — pretty much near continuous uptime now. The strap itself is comfortable and feels solid, not cheap or flimsy. The weight is balanced well and actually makes the headset feel better on my head compared to the stock strap. Good balance, adjustments, and all... However it's having issues charging the headset using the battery charging port on the back. As if after charging the battery in place to 100% it stops delivering power to the headset so you have to reconnect its side cable. Read more

A LOT better than the strap the headset came with. Although it does add to the weight of it on your head it's a lot better balanced and the swiveling design of the top support lets you adjust the weight where you want it. The battery packs work well to extend playtime to the point that I don't even worry about it anymore, just swap batteries when it gets low which is great. Plastic parts do feel just a tad cheap but the pads are comfortable. Overall, good deal - this one includes two battery packs and a charger out of the box. Only thing I'd say they could've added is an additional cable clip on the right side if you wanted to go tethered with a link cable but I think I can 3D print my own. Read more
