If you're reading this review you have issues falling or staying asleep. I have both issues. I've tried everything. This seems to take longer to work but I eventually fall asleep but I don't stay asleep. I want something to knock me out for at least 6 hours. I'd say I get 2-3 out of this. So it does work, just not as effectively as I want. No side effects, taste issues or drowsiness. They're not huge but not small caps either. It was worth the try. Read more
