These ingredients and the combination of relaxing herbals, including with the melatonin - will certainly help you relax & get the sleep that everyone needs, for a healthy mind and clarity when you wake up. Although the serving size is 2 pills - taking a single pill is the right amount to get me through the night, without feeling groggy in the morning. Taking the normal serving size, will certainly be a much better(safer) alternative to the normal sleep aids...which are not as good as this 'Sleep Formula'. I've tried quite a few, yet these seem to have the right balance, to make your sleep - and waking - so much better. If you're reading this review you have issues falling or staying asleep. I have both issues. I've tried everything. This seems to take longer to work but I eventually fall asleep but I don't stay asleep. I want something to knock me out for at least 6 hours. I'd say I get 2-3 out of this. So it does work, just not as effectively as I want. No side effects, taste issues or drowsiness. They're not huge but not small caps either. It was worth the try. Read more
