When I unboxed them I was surprised by the amount of assembly left for the buyer. But it was easy. The shades have to be built too, and they go together easily and look ok. I was hoping for a nicer shade, but not expecting it at this price. Read more

These lamps are really pretty, well made, easy to assemble BUT they are small. I should have measured! They looked like little toys sitting on my large night stands next to a big king bed.
