As soon as I saw the box on my front porch, I had almost decided to return it, without even opening it. The box seemed so small for a 4'x6' rug. However, I decided to take a chance, and check it out. It came vacuum packed. I was still saying to myself that I would return it. It felt more like a blanket than a rug. I went ahead and threw it in the dryer with a damp hand towel on my low setting to remove the wrinkles. It came alive. It looked very nice and the wrinkles were gone. There was no odor to the rug. I was concerned that it would slip when walking on it, but it holds firmly on my hardwood floors. The color is spot on too! It is very soft and feels great under my feet. I mainly got this for my dog to lay on, so the fact that it's washable is a huge plus for me. I haven't used the vacuum on it yet, but figure that if the vacuum wants to suck it up, I'll just shake it out, and then throw it in the washer. Please give this rug a try. You have nothing to lose. I wasn't sure first when I ordered the package and arrived so small that it would actually be the right thing, but I was pleasantly surprised it's very soft. It actually looks like something that would go in your bathroom because of the nonstick backside, but its perfectly by the bed, so I'm very happy with my purchase. I also like the softness. It's a good size and it looks like it's made well plus it's washable. I also like the color and I caught a good deal so I'll probably get another one for the other side of the bed. Read more

This rug looks like a "hot mess" when you get it. It is folded, and vacuum packed into a one-foot square. I just put it in the drier - as other customers suggested. It came out great. It is a good thickness, not to plush - not to thin. I have it in a playroom, and the grandkids build their castles on it just fine. First, do not pay attention to the negative feedback here. Yes, this rug is thin. It’s GOOD thin. At lays completely flat. Took about 1 to 2 days before it was completely flat. Just from being vacuum packed. This rug is remarkably soft under my feet. I bought three in different sizes. I am extremely impressed with these rugs. I have an older dog who has been losing bladder control. He continuously pees on new area rugs. I have to keep throwing them away. I purchased this one and found that the thin flexible material of this rug makes it easy to throw in the washing machine. It does not feel cheap or flimsy at all. It’s simply thin and washable, which saved a lot of money in new rug purchases. It stays in place on my wood laminate floors. If you aren’t someone who likes to complain about every little thing in reviews, buy this rug. It is a nice cost-effective, simple rug. Nothing fancy. I have had this rug for about a week. Here are some pros and cons PROS: -Good quality. It is soft, there are no treads coming off, damaged or poorly constructed areas -It is small enough and flexible enough to fit in washer. - if you follow the introductions, you will not have wrinkles. I washed mine, then dried it to just barely damp before putting it. Zero Wrinkles -I find it thick enough to have some cushion when walked on Cons- -It is not particularly non slip on my slick floors -It isn't 100% color accurate -If you don't have a home washer- it could be a hastle to get it wrinkle free -my vacuum sucks it up off the floor. Overall I'm pleased with the product and i think it will hold up long enough to be worth the price, but it isn't a buy it for life item. As soon as I got this vacuum packed rug I said nope I’m returning this. I opened it read the directions and put it in my floor right out the bag and still said nope. Then I wet a wash cloth put the rug and wash cloth in the dryer for ten minutes and put it back on my floor and I love it. It perked up real nice it’s soft and non slip to a point. It may move very slightly but I have thresholds that help any rug from slipping. So my last test. Can I vacuum this rug without it sucking up the rug. Yes I can vacuum it with a popular heavy duty vacuum that I own. So if you buy this. As long as the color suits you throw it in the dryer with a washcloth and then make your decision. Actually love this rug. Has a light cushion to it, and is somewhat stretchy which is interesting. You MUST throw it in the dryer to “plump” it up- but 5 mins on high heat and it was perfect. It’s very wrinkled and odd shaped straight out of the vacuum packaging. Backing slips, so a little carpet tape works perfect. Grey/green DEFINITELY looks blue- so if you want a muted green- find something else. Read more
