Update: I have worn these sandals almost daily for 2 summers now and the shoes still look great. This will be my 3rd summer, and I still love them. They are a good investment for those who need a comfortable shoe that can be worn all day. They are my go-to pair when traveling. The foot bed on these shoes is so comfortable. It's 2 layers of yoga type foam. A squishy top layer and a stiffer lower layer make them feel stable and comfortable. The straps are lined on the inside so there's no rubbing against the heel or across the foot. I have a high arch so the top strap feels a bit snug, but they don't flop around on my feet and are comfortable right out of the box. I would call the colors a muted dusty rose and terra cota. They are a pretty combination that is surprisingly flexible to blend with other earth tones or dark colors. I'll have to be careful to not stain them because they are fabric. No cooking spaghetti sauce while wearing these. I am older now and prefer shoes with a little lift, but only if they help me feel sturdy on my feet. This is my second pair of Keen sandals, and both do that better than any other brand I've tried. I've bought their hiking boots for a few decades now but hadn't considered their sandals. That was a mistake. Keen makes a great everyday sandal for walking on a variety of surfaces, and they last. It has been my experience that my slightly wide feet mean I need to order a half size up in most brands. Sometimes that puts the arch support around my heel. That doesn't happen in keens so maybe they just run a half size smaller than others. They are never too narrow and seldom too long. These are worth the price if you keep your shoes for years. They are ideal if you do a lot of walking. They'll be my go to for traveling. Read more

I normally take a size 9 and these sandals fit perfectly. They seem very comfortable and got me excited after trying them on. I bought these for a trip to Disney World, based on customer reviews stating they were good for walking all day long. Keeping my fingers crossed that's true. I find the sandals to be stylish, well made and of very good quality. Would highly recommend. Read more

The shoe itself is excellent. Comfortable right out of the box and stylish. However they run small compared to other brands, compared to other Keen shoes, they run fairly true to size. In all other sandals, I’m pretty much a 6, in keen brand shoes, I wear a 6.5. I had to order a size 7 in these. My toes were right at the edge in a 6.5. (I ordered various colors because I love the sandals so much!) Read more

These sandals were one of two pairs of shoes I brought with me for two months in West Africa during the rainy season. I’d consider that a pretty rigorous test drive, and they definitely passed! I wore them nearly every day or every other day, often walking 2-5km at a time. On rocky terrain, the soles had decent grip and they were secure on my feet. Occasionally, after very long walks - usually when hot and sweaty or raining - I noticed some irritation on the tops of my toes or the ball of my foot, but it was never bad enough to stop me wearing them the next day. They do just fine in wet conditions, always dry by the next morning. The soles and straps definitely got caked in red dirt, but a magic eraser and some water had them looking brand new! They still have lots of life left now. I really appreciate that they’re functional while not screaming “performance shoe I bought at REI”. Not that that’s bad, but I needed something that could pass as semi-professional, and Tevas/Chacos have never been particularly comfortable for me anyway. I probably wouldn't recommend them for hiking a literal mountain, but they are a solid compromise on style + functionality. The neutral colorway is compatible with a lot of different outfits. I am typically a 6-6.5 with normal to slightly wide foot, and the 6 fit me well. They seem like they’d be relatively forgiving as far as sizing. Read more

These sandals provide excellent cushioning and a comfortably wide toe box fit. I ordered the wide size, and the extra room makes the fit especially comfortable around the toe box while remaining secure. The straps flex naturally with movement, reducing friction and preventing blisters. The overall design is supportive yet lightweight, and the style is clean and versatile enough for everyday wear. A great option for anyone needing comfort and width without sacrificing appearance. Read more

I was looking for a comfortable sandal for around the house, with a heel strap and no buckles or plastic rings that would rub. These are very cute, but the comfort level is just ok. Footbed is not as soft as I would have liked. And the description talked about stretch in all the straps, but the straps over the toes and behind the heel are not elastic and don't really have any give. They are flexible but not stretchy. Only the strap over the upper arch is elastic. Because of this, I have only been able to wear them for an hour or so before switching shoes. In terms of fit, the arch feels high (I am flat footed) so if you have a higher arch, you might like that. But I also have narrow and fairly flat feet and the toe strap just fits. If your feet are truly medium or wider, I can't see the toe area being comfortable at all for you. As I said, they are very cute (I got the mustard yellow toe strap with turquoise arch and blue heel straps), so I am keeping them. I could see wearing them to a casual summer dinner, as long as we park near the restaurant and don't stand a lot. I am glad I did not pay that much for them. Read more
