Drop-in upgrade for Evercross EV08S, but capacity lower than advertised

Edit: After having had this battery for a while, I am happy to say that it works well, but it seems to be quite a bit lower capacity than rated. I'm able to put c 5.3Ah into the battery after being completely depleted, even though it is rated at 7.8Ah. The one I bought was offered for a lower price as used-as-new by the seller, so not sure if this finding also applies to his new inventory. Other than that, the battery works OK. Original Review: I used this to replace the stock battery in my basic Evercross scooter. It is a drop-in fit with identical dimensions, mounting tabs and electrical connectors. The only gotcha was the old battery being held in place not just by the four screws but also some adhesive for good measure. Took some prying to get it out. Based on the advertised specs, this 7.8Ah battery should offer about 30% longer range than the stock 6Ah battery - I will update this review if actual results do not live up to this expectation.
