All I have to say is that I followed the instructions on the box after I showered, and my hair looks great. Natural look, medium hold with no shine, and styling your hair after you’ve applied the product and blow dried was easy and quick. Hair does look fuller, but I’ve only used it once and can’t comment on the hair growth factor yet. I’ve had some minimal hair loss and thought it was a good idea to combine all three of my original hair products into one. I’ve heard Keeps is a good brand for hair regrowth.
