I’m writing this review after I installed them 2 months ago to give a better review. I purchased & installed a total of 12 light fixtures. They are installed in a coastal environment, so they probably take more abuse than the typical inland install. The light fixtures appears to be made of quality aluminum, powered finished in black, each fixture has a glass screwed on cover for both the top & bottom protecting the bulbs inside from the environment. This is both a good & bad…. will comment on that later. Installation was fairly straightforward of a typical outdoor light fixture but that depends on what type of outlet box you have. If you have a recessed one, it was a super easy install, however if you have the pancake type it was not. You would have to make modifications (cut) to the screws or purchase shorter stainless steel screws for the 2 locking nuts to mount the fixture. I believe the manufacturer should’ve supplied those. Back to the glass covers… this is a very nice feature, it protects the bulbs, keeps insects out and it supposed to keep water out. However that’s not the case, water manages to get in and partially fill the cylinder because the bottom is capped too… requiring the cap to be unscrewed to dump the water after a storm but it also causing the screw on threads to oxidize, if not treated it will eventually cause the cap to seize to the fixture… probably will need to apply silicone grease to the threads and apply some silicone on the edge of the glass on the top caps to keep the water out. Overall the light fixtures are nice looking & gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors. If you’re installing these under a porch or a sheltered deck, I would highly recommend them! If installing in an exposed area probably not so much or be prepared to make some minor modifications. I bought these as a easy way to modernize our new home and I was not disappointed! Super easy and quick install. Shown using a 60W equivalent bulb, and they put off the amount of light we’d expect them too. They really elevated the look of our home! Will definitely be buying at least one more for another location. My only complaint is the canopy or mounting plate is square and I also bought the single light from the same company, which has a round one. Not the biggest deal but I would have expected them to match since all the other details do. Very Minor, just something to note if like me, you’re buying both. Read more

Photoelectric sensor quit working after 6 months. There is 120V to the light but it doesn't come on, night or day. I have 2 of these and the other one still works. They are not very well made, but probably about the quality you can get at any box store these days. Unfortunately, even though I haven't had them a year yet, there doesn't seem to be any support available through Amazon. I would not buy from this company again. Read more
