Although most people buy Kendra Scott in the gold metal, this piece just wouldn’t be as pretty in gold. The silver really brings out the beauty of the stone. The stone has cool hues with a silver turquoise being the most dominant. The necklace length is perfect as the chain adjusts so it can be worn at different lengths. It is a quality Kendra Scott pendant and the chain is genuine silver which is nice. My daughter has worn it several times, including to an amusement park and it is showing no signs of tarnishing. Im genuinely surprised by how nice this necklace was. I was worried it would arrive & just be a let down. In fact, it was when I first opened the box. But that was due to lighting & packaging it was in. After I removed it from everything else(like plastic wrapping) I was shocked to see how beautiful the gem looked. It has multiple lengths you can adjust it which is great. The thickness of the necklace is great because I’ve had necklaces from jewelry stores that was fragile and broke easy.
