Pretty sturdy and great for the price too!
I was really surprised how high it is, especially when you put the mattress on it. My dogs love it. They can sleep underneath the bed because its so high. I love it! Great quality and great price. Just know if you have a thick mattress your bed will be really high. But you can put all kinds of stuff underneath. Its pretty cool. Read more
Great quality for the price!!
My husband and I have been using this frame for a couple months so far and it has held up wonderfully. The space underneath is great for storage, and it doesn't move or shake when we are turning in our sleep. If you move enough on it, it will shake a bit, but nothing crazy. My only small qualm is that the mattress does slide from side to side a bit easily. You may want to get some form of bracket or velcro strips to stablize the mattress to the frame. Edit to add: A few more months in, the bed creeks even with the slightest movement, which is only so annoying because we have a new born sleeping in our room who is a really light sleeper. Still, not bad, just does wear down after a bit. Read more
Exceptionally Pleased
I am always wary of products I purchase online. Most are just fine. This bed is exceptional. I began looking for box springs when I realized those in my price range were constructed with slats, like this bed, and then covered in cloth for twice the price. So I began looking at the platform beds. The steel is a thicker gauge than I expected - great. It is sturdy, no wobbles. As an experienced "assemble it yourself from pictures" person, I found the directions exceptionally easy to follow. Assembly was straightforward. Assembly tools (hex wrench and open wrench) were included. One extra of each type bolt and nut. Good rubber foot inserts to protect the floor. If you can make mac and cheese from a box, you can assemble this bed. Read more
