I have puchased this product for years and there is a reason for that. The bottle lasts for a long time, so though it is a little pricey, it is still a good value. I have hair past my shoulders and only use about a nickel-size amount on about the bottom 6 inches when my hair is fresh out of the shower. Then I comb it through and blow dry.
