Great little clock that was intuitive to set up. I did most of the setting without reading the instructions. When it came to turning off the alarm, I consulted the manual and found it clear and concise. The clock is surprisingly small (only 4" wide), which is perfect for us - I just wanted a little clock near the door, so my kids can get themselves to the bus on time. It does its job and is keeping good time. A light function would be great, but at $6, I can't complain. I'm a little surprised by the temperature readout - we keep our house between 70-72F and it's reading WAY lower (63F). Arrives in a cute teeny box - would make a great stocking stuffer! Read more

I got this little clock for my massage room because I really wanted to stop relying on my phone to keep track of session time. I needed something small, simple, and easy to place on a desk or shelf…and in that sense, this clock does exactly that. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to set up. No complaints there. It also feels well-made for the price, nothing flimsy or too cheap. Where I messed up is on me and why i gave it the stars i gave it. It does what it says it’s suppose to do…I just didn’t read the listing closely enough and assumed it would be backlit. In a massage room, low lighting is the vibe, so a backlit display is pretty important. Since this one isn’t backlit, I’d need to add an extra light just to see it clearly, which kind of defeats the purpose for my setup. So while the clock itself works fine and does what it’s supposed to do, it’s just not the right fit for my specific needs. If I needed a small travel or desk clock in a normal lighting environment, this would be totally fine. For a dim massage room… not so much. Read more

This alarm clock is described as a "Travel Alarm Clock" & I'm guessing that's simply due to its small size. Otherwise, the buttons on the back that are used to adjust the time, date, and alarm could accidentally get pressed if this is in your luggage with other items. The size may be more convenient for travel, but I've found that it's not the best for regular use. I really didn't like that the display doesn't light up at all, which makes it harder to use at night or in a room that's dark. It doesn't have many features, which could be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. It doesn't feel like a high quality item that will last for a very long time, either, so it doesn't really have great value. After using analog alarm clocks for pretty much my entire life, I decided to try a digital one. And boy! It's sure nice to not have the CONSTANT clicking of the internal gears! I didn't realize just how annoying the sound was until I no longer had to deal with it! This alarm clock does exactly as it advertises: it shows the time, date, and temperature, it has an alarm function, and it's fairly compact. My one qualm is the button layout. Some functions of the alarm are not that intuitive. If you check the quick start guide, you can make it through, but I'm not going to keep that around forever. Also, one of the buttons is labeled "Timer," but there isn't timer functionality built into this alarm clock (though this isn't a knock against it; the marketing material doesn't advertise a timer. I just thought it was interesting!) The alarm clock runs on two AAA batteries and has two fairly loud speakers. There's a large snooze button on top and four settings buttons on the back. To turn off the alarm, you have to press one of the back buttons. One final thing I will state - If left alone, the alarm will turn off after one minute and won't repeat. I wish that it had an auto-snooze function instead. (I wish that it would stop the alarm temporarily, snooze for a few minutes, then go off again). However, this is definitely a nitpick; I know if one of my roommates had this clock, forgot to turn it off before leaving, and locked their door on the way out, having an alarm go off every five minutes until they got back would be superbly annoying.)
