We are using a commercial coffee maker in our home as we drink a lot of coffee, and friends who do also. If you have never owned a commercial coffee maker before and do not already have the filter needed you must purchase it with the machine. That is not clearly stated when ordering. It just says the filter is optional. Otherwise you cannot plumb direct. Direct plumbing is fantastic as you never have to fill the reservoir again. Coffee is good, has many cup sizes 6 to 12 oz . Takes a little longer to heat than the non commercial but also has an auto shut off. Basically quite satisfied. Read more

We purchased this coffee maker for our credit union lobby and installed it in the beginning of December. It didn't make more than a dozen cups of coffee a day, if that. At the end of January we noticed that it was wet under the coffee machine. We checked the water connections, which were all dry, very carefully and there was no leakage. The water was definitely coming out of the bottom of the unit. We had to disconnect it and so now we have a spot in our lobby with a disconnected coffeemaker. Because we were in the midst of moving into a new building and have all had Keurig's in the past without a problem, we didn't save the packing material. What do we do now? The company contacted me and offered to replace it refund it, even if we were able to fix it. One of the guys at work did something and was able to make it stop leaking and it has worked ever since so we didn’t ask the company for a reimbursement. We just got another Keurig. Read more

Holy Cow! We have had Keurig coffee makers for years and always liked the coffee, until now. We just go a new K255 and it is a game changer. The Coffee is EXTRAORDINARY. Really i'm 73 and have been drinking coffee for decades, this is the best coffee I've had in a home brewer and probably even anywhere. The new triple streams I guess must work because this coffee is marvelous, trust me you wont be disappointed. We use the machine on a direct plumbed filtered connection. Once again WODERFUL COFFEE. Setup was a breeze machine is very well constructed and much smaller footprint on the counter than our previous plumbed Keurig machine. Cant say enough about how much I like this machine. Read more

Bought this about 4 months ago. Has already started leaking at the base. Keurig might possibly have the worst customer service department I have ever tried to navigate. The initial conversation results in them sending you to their technical service team which NEVER picks up. They give you the option to leave a message but don’t bother because the customer service dept calls you back and then gives you the same number for the technical service team which again, NEVER picks up. In another call they told me that Amazon will handle the return but since it’s been 4 months they will not handle the return and guess who they said I need to contact…Keurig. Save yourself the time and risk of a poor quality product. SO FRUSTRATED! Read more

This is a great commercial machine compared to traditional brewers. The result has been less coffee waste and you don't have to worry about a burner to turn off. Brews a cup in under a minute so is quick if you don't have too big a crowd. Additionally, the machine is much smaller than our previous continuous pour machine. Only challenge is educating people about needles that may become clogged. We utilize the K-Cycle recycling program to minimize our environmental impact due to use of disposable pods. Read more

This coffeemaker works well, and it gets a lot of use in our breakroom at work. Recently, it stopped brewing, but there was a code that said it had to do with the pump. I called Keurig, as it was still under manufacturer's warranty, and Customer Service sent us to tech support where the young man was able to walk our boss through resetting its computer and clearing out a clog in one of the tubes. It is now up and running again, and I am thankful to tech support for helping us with this. I gave them only a four, because they do not tell you these things, and many people will just junk the machine and buy a new one. Simple fix, once they give you the code to enter its settings menu. Has connection for water line so no need to fill a water container. This also eliminated who forgot to refill water tank on Old Keurig, wife thought it was me and I thought it was her. Read more
