My husband says it's like waking up in Italy every morning. What I appreciate about this machine is the ease of use. We didn't have to buy, and get training on, a fancy Cappuccino machine with steam frothers and such. This Keurig does a terrific job and also makes a plain old cup 'o Joe, if that's on the menu. This is an awesome machine. In just a couple of minutes I can have a great latte or cappuccino. The frother works great, producing the best frothed milk for my espresso drinks. Plus, you don’t have to buy any expensive special espresso pods - any k-cup pod will work and still produce that rich flavor. The only downside to this maker has nothing to do with quality of the machine or the drinks. There needs to be an option to silence the beeps when starting the frother and when it completes the frothing. The only suggestion I’ve found is to find the speaker and cover it with tape. So, Keurig, love your machine but suggest in any updated models add a silence option for those of us that are making our lattes early or late while everyone else is asleep. 😁 Read more

This coffee maker is wonderful and does what it is supposed to do EXCEPT for the frother. After one month it stopped working. The customer service is wonderful and helped with getting a replacement but the second one did the exact same thing! I need to get in touch with them about a refund because this is not a cheap item. I've been a keurig user for 20 years or so. Each machine has lasted me 4-5 years or so, but they are inexpensive enough to replace. I developed a love of lattes just in the past 5 years or so (which I usually bought from either Starbucks or Dutch Bros), so when my last Keurig stopped working, I jumped on this machine. I've had it for 9 months now and I really love it. Yes, I realize that it's not for someone who likes the primo upscale experience of drinking a old-school latte. But that's never been me anyway. So this thing is perfection. Pros: I Can make a latte in a few minutes with very little effort on my part. Just pour in the milk, add the k-cup, turn it on and walk away. I even upped my game now to use homemade plant-base milk, and bought some flavored syrups. I've made lots of hot lattes and have more recently made some cold ones too. Hot or cold, I really like the taste of my creations, and they are also very inexpensive to make. Cons: It's often needlessly fussy. I put the k-cup in before turning it on... it refuses to work. I pour in milk and instruct it to whip it up cold or hot, and it just sits there impassively like it's mocking me (then suddenly springs to live minutes later). I also wish you could just tell it to do a double-shot without having to pretend to be putting in a new k-cup, starting it back up, and waiting. Grrr. In summary, the controls are fussy, inefficient and unintuitive, but you get used to them (eventually!) so I'm not even going to deduct a point. Read more

First of all, it's a pretty nice unit. It makes good coffee. There's a cardboard fold-out on how to do basic things like making coffee, latte, and cappuccino, which is easy to follow. However their support site seems to have a problem with VPNs and they rejected our connection on three different browsers. We called Customer Support and had to get a link emailed to us to be able to register the warranty and to get to the care guide videos on how to de-scale the coffee maker. The "care guide" is video only, there is no written care guide. No PDFs on basic care. Now, I know how to clean out a coffee maker with a vinegar solution, so all I really wanted to do was to get their recommendations on what to use and how often to do it. I didn't expect access issues getting there. We can log on to Amazon, eBay, and all the major shopping sites without issues, so their support site (in my opinion) is improperly configured. They did say they "suggest using Chrome Browser." Sites designed for a specific browser or which are not able to handle use of a VPN (again in my opinion) show lazy site design. It also would not have been a major effort for them to include directions for basic care such as de-scaling, in downloadable format on the site, or even printed and included in the package. Okay, I admit this was an entitled, first world problem and I have different expectations. I didn't want to jump through hoops to read up on how to care for a new appliance. Read more

Keurig has always been the brand I go to for my coffee. I use this at the office with 9 employees. Sometimes there is a line, but these people love to talk. Best product ever. Read more
