I think it's way over-priced, which makes it difficult for me to keep it on-hand, but it is great. I have fine hair that frizzes when the air is moist. If I spray my (already dry) "frizzy" hair lightly and run my fingers through it, all the frizz goes away. I've also learned that I can put it on damp hair, let my hair dry or almost-dry. If I let it dry all the way, when I brush it out, it's smooth and silky. If I let it get just partially dry, I can use the hair-dryer and style it. Any way I use it, it seems to work. My hairdresser used it on me once a few years ago to give me "beachy" hair, and I was immediately sold (until I found out how much it cost). She said it's been around forever. Kevin Murphy is a Brit, so perhaps the product is pricey, because the "artist" isn't from/in the US. I can't say it's worth it, but I'm hooked. Read more

Not sure what happened with their formula but whatever they did with this one, it's awful. Starting with smell, and for salt water, it goes on almost oily. It never provides that beach hair like the old product did. Won't be buying Kevin Murphy again. Considering how expensive they are, when they change formula, they should offer a test size.
