This is a great external hard drive for such a cheap price. It’s so small I am shocked how powerful it is and it works so well. I needed some extra space to play games on my computer and this is perfect, I can download 4-5 games at a time. Read more

I wanted to wait a bit before writing this. I was a bit concerned. I am using this on OS X/OS11. Disk Drill identified the drive with bad sectors, but it has done that before with other devices. I have used it for three months with no issues. I primarily use it for Photo Backups and Linux/Windows Virtual machines with VMWare Fusion. Performance is acceptable and there have been minimal communication issues. Occasionally Linux (Ubuntu) will lose SMB connection with the host machine, but this happens when the guest is on the local HD as well (although not as often). Not a big deal. I just unmount and remount and the problem goes away. Not sure why they are asking me about warmth. It gets a bit warm, but not really hot. That is an odd feature to ask about. The size is great. Very tiny, but seems sturdy. Read more

Not an SSD. I bought this to expand my Xbox series s storage. I cannot play series X/S games from the drive, which you need an SSD for. This is just an HDD. Read more

This is an awesome deal, super fast transfer speeds when using the type C cable included. I actually bought this to try to use in a Tesla for the factory dash cam and sentry, unfortunately it keep erroring out. It would work and then a day later, would error. Couldn't figure out why so I decided to use it to replace a USB stick. Glad I did, this saves me almost 30 minutes on a 45 minute task that I used to do with a 3.0 USB stick! Read more
