I give the KHTO weighted vest 2 thumbs up. I like everything about it. The 5 pound weight is perfect for me. I really like the design of this vest. The weight is equally distributed across the back via iron sand filling. This makes it very comfortable to wear. The fabric is breathable and wipes clean easily. There's also a netted pocket across the back where you can store lightweight items, such as gels. For safety, there are several reflective strips on the vest, and a clip-on LED light is also included. To help customize the fit, there's an adjustable strap and buckle across the front that fastens just above the bust. There's even a lightly padded strip of fabric built in to keep the buckle from rubbing again you as you move. This allows the vest to fit against your body and not move around. The design of the vest also allows for a good range of motion. It's amazing to me that simply by wearing this vest when walking, running, or working out, I'm building bone density and burning extra calories. It doesn't feel burdensome at all. In fact, I like how it keeps my shoulders back and improves my posture. I would recommend this vest to anyone. Other than that, I think I need to go up a weight size. They were very light to me, but the fit of the vest was perfect. The quality of the vest is also great as well. This vest is very comfortable. It's just 5lb, so not an excessive additional weight, but it fits very nicely. I'm a 6'-1" female with pretty broad shoulders and smaller bust and this fit just fine on my frame. The filling seems like sand and drapes very comfortably without bearing on any specific point. There is a slight off-gassing smell upon first opening the package, but it's tolerable and I'm sure will fade. I was able to walk 2 miles in this without even really noticing.
