I bought 2 for my boys and the zipper gets stuck on one so that's always annoying but what made me drop one star is that they're so small inside and my boys can't fit much inside them so we don't use them as often as I'd like and that's a bummer bc they were pretty pricey. I love this bag!!! I bought it for myself 36yr old women. I am a huge football bag and needed something not to big.
