absolutely delicious!! I don't feel like I get any energy from this tea but it is very refreshing. I got this to flush my kidneys. My lower back is no longer hurting after a couple days of drinking 2 cups of tea so I will assume it helped. The fruit and plants in the bag puff up and look beautiful. I would say you really get your moneys worth. You can seep the same bag two times with the same amount of flavor. I add a tsp of honey per bag with about a cup of water and it is perfect to me. ​ I strongly advise anyone with a history of kidney stones or urinary tract issues to stay far away from this tea. I tried the Ginseng Six Treasure Tea hoping for a natural health boost, but it resulted in a nightmare. Shortly after consuming it, I experienced agonizing, sharp pain in my lower back (kidney area) and throughout my entire urinary tract. ​It felt like it triggered a massive inflammatory response or aggravated my existing stone issues almost immediately. While the packaging claims it "cleanses" and "repairs," it did the exact opposite for me, causing physical distress that was nearly unbearable. ​"Natural" does not mean safe.
