Ordered one, it arrived closed and yet the watch had the plastic that holds the strap - broken. Had to return it and ordered a new new. The second one was not broken. After a short charge cycle had a hard time setting it up on my daughters Mi Android phone. Had to use my Samsung phone to set up an account on only later to use the account on her phone. The Bluetooth connection process took some time to work, When I finally called my daughter in order to put the watch on her wrist the watch screen just died ! I could buzz the watch from the App, but the screen was dead ! The charger itself is built like a clips with a simple spring. I'm sure that even if the watch worked it wouldn't have taken long for the charging cable to break and make the watch unusable. AVAOID !!! Read more

I bought this for my son. The directions to BT pair even once the app is downloaded don’t even match the function of the watch. I still can’t figure out how to set the time. Your kid needs a phone with them to use any functions (which my 8 year old doesn’t have). I can’t return because he ripped through the packaging excitedly. Now it’s another piece of nothing not properly marketed or described. I’m pissed with Timex. Total waste of time for me and excitedness for my kid. Read more

I am so disappointed in this watch. I purchased it for my 6yr old so she can learn how to tell time and have alarms set to when she needs to logon to her virtual classes. The alarms only work if the watch is next to my phone that has the app which defeats the purpose. The watch face we selected does not stay on and keeps reverting to the snoopy version. It's proven very difficult for a first grader to remember how to scroll through screens and select features, most of which she was not interested in. There are far too many screens that are unnecessary for a kid. This is being returned since we cannot use it for it's intended purpose. Read more

I would find a different one. I thought the first one was broken because it did not keep track of the steps properly or the heart rate, but we ordered another one and returned that one and the second one isn’t any better. There’s probably some better ones out there Read more
