This mask is great for kiddos who need one. Unlike many other masks this one has little divots which prevent the mask from touching the eyes themselves. This is very important if the person is the type to open their eyes during the night (even without realizing). As someone who has had masks like that in the past and does this...the eye pain is not pleasant. This mask is soft, feels great, and helps keep the light out - just as you'd want. Pretty nice mask! The foam isn't as thick as I expected, but it's almost perfect for my daughter. She just has extremely long eyelashes so it kind of bothers her when she can feel them touching the mask so much. The size is perfect for her (2yo). She doesn't use this when she sleeps at night (choking hazard), but we let her use it if she wants during her naps since they're supervised & we can monitor on her camera. Her room is pretty bright during the day & it does very well with keeping the light out. I don't know that it necessarily helps her sleep "better" but that is likely because she's very sensitive to change & this isn't something she uses consistently. I love that it adjusts because it allows us to choose how we want it to fit her, but it will also allow it to grow with her so it can last a long time. Very nice mask! Read more
