Why is it so expensive?

I absolutely love this, but it is very expensive. I also wish it was available in a king-sized bottle. It smells very nice. During winter months, my skin gets fairly dry, especially since I like taking fairly hot showers, even though I know it dries out my skin even more. This is easy to pour, spread on the skin, lather, and then rinse off. Instead of a sudsy lather, it is very much an emulsion, so don't expect bubbles.
