This movie has a lot of suspenseful plot twists and surprises. To me, it is an excellent spoof on murder and mayhem, especially, since it is set in suburbia. The acting is top notch. It's one of my favorite movies and fascinates me every time I watch it, which I think is about 5X now. I plan to keep watching it until I croak. Read more

Casting was perfect - Katherine Heigl as refreshing, awkward "Jen". Tom Selleck & Catherine O'Hara (her fame generated by "Home Alone" & "Beetlejuice") make the perfect combination as parents of Jen. Ashton Kutcher does well as "Spence". Action-adventure, romantic comical with action/adventure highlights. Script was well done, despite some negative people giving it a bad review. Ashton Kutcher has come a long way since the "That 70's Show" and this film points that out. It is an enjoyable film, fun to watch from Nice, France to the wacky scenes in a suburban neighborhood. While Selleck's presence always adds character, Katherine Heigl performs well in this delightful action-adventure comedy. Critics giving it bad reviews obviously have a problem with simple entertainment. Highly recommend viewing. Read more

Already watched dozen times. Funny, action and fun to watch chemistry between Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl. One of Ashton's best of this incredible actor. Read more

There is nothing better than a violent comedy with massive amounts of killing that can double as a chick flick. In truth I feel the beginning could have been done better, one minute they just met, the next minute they had been married for 3 years. But I understand the want to get into the killing right away. All and all it was a great movie, and I will prolly watch it again some time soon. Read more

Doesn’t really make a lot of sense. Writing was either thrown together in a weekend, or is just way above my level of sophistication to appreciate its nuances. But it’s a fun story, and production was good, and actors are great. So, if you’re looking for a fun action romcom for a date night, you should watch it. Read more

~~~May contain spoliers!~~~~ Starring Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl, Killers seemed interesting to me. A woman meets a man while vacationing with her parents. They get married and three years later she finds out he used to be an assassin. Reviewed horribly by critics, I decided to give it a chance anyway. I sometimes like movies and tv shows others don't. In this case, it's really not as terrible as some make it seem. It wasn't great either. I wouldn't recommend spending full list price for it, (I got mine during Black Friday week for $5.99) but it may be worth checking out on sale or if you could purchase it used. Basically to me it seems like a good idea gone a little askew. There were some things in the plot like SPOILER: Jen's pregnancy that weren't really necessary to the movie. Also if Spencer went through rigorous training like he stated, how come he didn't know who the people were who were trying to kill him? Wouldn't he suspect them? Either way, it still kept me somewhat entertained for the 90-some odd minutes I watched it on a rainy day. Read more
