We needed a new shower organizer system, so we gave this set a go. In silver tone stainless steel, these match well with the marble look tile in my shower. You get a pair of shelves, and four heavy duty adhesive straps with integrated hooks to mount the shelves. You use two strips for each shelf. These are designed to fit in a corner of the shower, and they fit well. They are very easy to install. Eyeball or measure out how far apart you want to space them. Make temporary markings if necessary. I have tile in my shower, so I was able to use the grout lines as a guide. If I had a shower with no grout lines, I may have had to use a level and mark with a chalk line or something similar. You definitely want to make sure these are level. Once I was satisfied with where I wanted to hang the shelves, I then checked to see how and where I should apply the adhesive strips. When ready to anchor the strips to the shower wall, peel the backing and apply to the wall. The manufacturer cautions that this can only be done once. But in my experience, if you make a mistake, you can carefully remove and re-attach it one time without a problem. I did make a slight mistake with one of the strips. Nothing major, it's not like I mounted it upside-down. *sigh* OK, fine. I mounted it upside-down. So I carefully, but firmly removed the adhesive strip from the wall and remounted it right side up. It worked out just fine. The shelves snap firmly into the hooks. Done! The manufacturer suggests waiting 12 hours before utilizing these shelves. So, I immediately loaded them up with LARGE bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body washes. I didn't even wait 12 minutes! Might as well go for broke, I thought. They shower shelves are sturdy. They can accommodate as many as 5 LARGE bottles of shampoo, etc. They are have a couple of hooks on the bottom shelf to hang a loofah, a wash cloth, etc. They don't do a good job with very small bottles, like those kind you get at a hotel. But that's about the only criticism I have. These are easy to install, affordable, and seem durable enough to last for years. I'm very happy with them! Read more
