Kincmo Motorized Blinds with Remote Light Filtering Roller Shades Work with Apple Homekit Alexa Google Home Custom Electric

After a home refresh, I was seeking a new motorized roller blind for my large 117"x51" front living room glass window. After shopping products, vendors, service reputation, and value, I selected Kincmo - they have not disappointed! High quality materials, integrated thread motor with Wi-Fi and multiple Smart Home interfaces Alexa, Google etc. at a really great price! Installation and configuration were well-documented and intuitive. Customer service (Alice) truly exceeded any of my expectations. Some examples, they shipped a box of blind material samples no charge and free shipping! My 117" length exceeded allowable shipping size, but Alice offered they could increase their standard 112" size to a maximum custom 115" with reassurance the 2" short would not be noticeable (she was correct). Delivery from China was a reasonable couple weeks via air freight. Extremely well packaged! Throughout order, install and configuration, service (Alice) was immediately available by email. I had several questions on integrating to my Alexa and she always responded immediately with exactly the video or instruction I needed. It worked beautifully my 1st attempt! We are extremely happy with these custom automatic blinds from Kincmo. They were delivered in less than a week and a half, which was much faster than expected for a custom product. The quality is excellent and they are almost an exact match to the blinds we were quoted $1,700 for from a well-known national company here in the U.S. We already have two window treatments from that national brand, so we feel confident saying these are just as good in both look and functionality. Installation was surprisingly quick and easy—we installed them ourselves in under an hour. The Kincmo customer service team has also been outstanding. I’ve looked at other roller shade options on Amazon (and other retailers) and have to say that Kincmo is offering the best. The best color and fabric options, the best (really solid, well made) hardware that my handyman raved about and the best customer service out there. Shipping arrived early and they were easy to install (per my handyman). They were easy to charge and I can hardly hear them move. They’re beautiful! These blinds are perfect! The quality is top notch. They were very easy to install and set up with Alexa control. The light blocking of 75% is what we wanted for the living room where the shades are installed. It was easy to measure the window per the instructions and the finished product was exactly correctly made to our measurements. We've had these shades for several months now and are planning on buying more soon. We haven't had a single problem with the shades and their functionality is exceeding our expectations. The media could not be loaded. We have a new home construction in the San Francisco Bay Area with massive window sizes, and we have used these blinds to cover those windows. I ordered one before ordering this product for all our windows, and this product truly impressed in all aspects of quality, price, and aesthetics. Later, I ordered about 15 of these, which arrived quickly (~ $10K due to massive size). I used one mbox for multiple standard motors in each zone (e.g., kitchen vs. main bedroom), and in each zone, I had one wall-mounted remote and one portable remote for controlling them. They paired both controllers to all the relevant windows at the factory, making the configuration much easier. Perhaps the most impressive part is automation through Shademate or Apple Home applications. Through Shademate, I adjusted the bottom of all shades to be perfectly distant from the floor (to avoid getting dusty, etc.). I also set a favorite position for all of them. Then, I configured the scene and automation schedule, and throughout the day, the rollers move to an optimal position (close, open, favorite), and I always have perfect lighting at home. I can also control them via my phone, Sri, or Alexa. Oh, by the way, this product's packaging is fantastic. They ship it via DHL air freight, which arrives in a few days. I had one blind with a broken part, and they swiftly sent a new part. You can contact their support via phone or text, and they are pretty responsive.
