I am on day two of taking this skin patch. I noticed on the second day I had no appetite at all. I also felt like I had some extra energy. I have hypothyroidism so energy is valuable to me. I've been using the Kind Patches GLP for about 1 month in a half now. I didn't expect a miracle but am not experiencing any results. I don't notice any difference(s) in using these. I will finish the product but will most likely not repurchase them. Read more

This product works for cancelling out “food noise”/cravings. One could definitely use it for intermittent fasting. It’s not a magic thing that MAKES you lose weight (which I knew that but I want everyone to understand that) but it most definitely could help with someone who is ready to lose weight and/or cut out unhealthy/excess food cravings. From one girly to another- please listen to your body and eat when you’re hungry such as lunch and/or dinner. Don’t use this to starve yourself. It will help you not to go overboard during meals too. It does help my mind stray away from unhealthy food. Seems to work for the 8 hours that it claims. I went all day without one today and the difference was super noticeable (been using them a week), so def putting one on tomorrow. The only thing is it did cause a red blotch (not hurting or itchy) when I accidentally left it on all night which was not warned about. So don’t leave it on all night lol. I put mine on my stomach which seems to work better for me and it has never fallen off or hurt when I took it off. I’ve already lost 4lbs but since it’s only been a week I will say at least 2 of the “pounds” were because I wasn’t bloated or intoxicated with junk food throughout the day which is a great start! But this is seriously effective if you do your part & it makes it easy to do so in my opinion! For someone who struggles with weight loss most of the time, this is money well spent & a game changer. The energy level benefit and suppressed appetite that I received during the wearing of these has been better than promised. I researched these prior to use, and they come in second to another brand that's sold exclusively through another site. These were my first try with these patches, and I'm definitely going to keep trying to wear them. The only negative is that the adhesive does bother my skin, but I do admittedly have very fair skin that is sensitive to many types of adhesives, including hospital grade silk tape and tegaderm. So I think you have to know your own skin type and what kind of adhesives bother you. Otherwise highly recommended. Read more
