Need more. Love these. Super comfortable, stretchy, and the cotton liner is great for breathability. I'm usually between a small and medium. I went with Medium, but would've been fine with small too. My usual thongs are not cutting it this pregnancy. Due to some vericose veins, I need undies with a wider gusset. Not only is the gusset a little wider than traditional undies, the straps are very stretchy and comfortable around my growing hips. My only complaint is that I wish it was a G-String design in the rear, but that's just personal preference. If you're pregnant, buy these! Read more

I ordered the XS/S and it fits more like an XS. I am a true small and am able to wear them still, but they are a little tight. They don't have as much stretch as some of the other KB thongs I've tried. The crouch area is larger and more comfortable than most thongs, so that's a plus. Read more
Bought these specifically because they were marketed as having a wide gusset. I would say these have a slightlyyyy wider guesset than normal underwear, but not as wide as I was expecting, the cotten insert is bigger than usual. So maybe thats what theyre trying to market as a wide gusset, Kind of disappointed in that aspect. These are low waisted, with very stretchy material. I'm a true medium and the m/lg fit perfect. These are comfortable and true to size. I have had two c-sections and these are soft and they offer enough stretchiness to not irritate the area during early postpartum. They have a simple look but high quality fabric. Offers good value for the money! Read more
