I ordered the XS/S and it fits more like an XS. I am a true small and am able to wear them still, but they are a little tight. They don't have as much stretch as some of the other KB thongs I've tried. The crouch area is larger and more comfortable than most thongs, so that's a plus. Read more

Bought these specifically because they were marketed as having a wide gusset. I would say these have a slightlyyyy wider guesset than normal underwear, but not as wide as I was expecting, the cotten insert is bigger than usual.
