I tried 2 other brands, but they irritated my skin - Stark tape does not! It stabilizes my foot and provides some relief. It's thin and very flexible and, as others have noted, it stays in place (even in the shower). The only minor issue I have with it is that it is very thin (hence the flexibility) and sometimes it will stick to itself when putting it on and, like plastic wrap, sticks to itself. I use it for carpel tunnel and getting and keeping adhesion on the palm is so difficult. I've used both KT Tape waterproof and Rock Tape. This is so much better than either! The photo is the second day of application with showering and handwashing. Just a little rolling on the ends. Read more
