I was surprised because I bought a mattress that came in a box once and it was so difficult to take out it took two of us. SO I was definitely pleased with the easy accessibility of the mattress. One thing that surprised me was quality of the mattress. The topper is so soft and it has the cooling effect so it felt so good even on my hands. I let the mattress air out for 48 hours before trying it out. I definitely fell in love the first night. The quality is superb. I have very sensitive skin and itch a lot if my skin does not like the material and I have not once scratched. I love the softness of the topper, I like the firmness of it, where I don’t sink down and it isn’t difficult for me to get up. For me, the best part is the cooling aspect of the mattress.
