I have never left an Amazon review and this will probably be the last, however I had the best customer service experience with this seller as I’ve had with any customer service team. During assembly I mixed up two different screws, one longer than the other. This caused the screws to push up into the wood board that went into, damaging it. I emailed the customer service team about it late at night during assembly and they responded promptly early the next morning. I was prepared to pay for the broken part however these guys sent me a new one free of charge! Not to mention this bed frame is of much higher quality than I have experienced elsewhere on Amazon. Beware before you buy

The Amazon pictures of this product have been doctored slightly. The thickness of the "wood" on the headboard is roughly ⅜-½" thick; whereas the pictured headboard is clearly closer to 1" or more. While our king size Nectar mattress doesn't slip front to back, there is easily 2" of side to side movement every morning. Overall, poorly designed framework. When assembling cubby part of headboard to fabric portion, it is super easy to strip a few pre-installed nuts (fixable, but you shouldn't have to do such a thing). Also, side storage pockets are not as big as pictured. For the price, it is what it is. Read more
