I would recommend getting a frame with a headboard, which can save you a lot of space on your nightstand. I really like the built-in power outlet in the middle. It tooks me about an hour to assemble. The instructions could be more detailed, but if you’re experienced with IKEA furniture, you won't have any problem. A cordless drill helps a lot. Just be careful not to use too much torque on the screws. Use the included hex key to manually tighten them to your preferred snugness.
