Just received this in the mail been using it for 30 min and it’s the best thing ever. First of all I really don’t write reviews but I want to give this product its flowers . I am a barber and have been dealing with lower back pain for awhile now. I wanted a massager to use in my car and after looking for awhile I found this one. Let me start off by saying I get monthly massages at a massage parlor and this thing here! …. This thing really competes and feels natural . Not only that, I’ve used larger expensive massage seats before and this freaking thing is just as powerful and feels amazing !!! On top of that I really wanted one to fit in my car and this thing is so thin and love the sleek design and is fits perfectly in my car seat and use the 12v connector. There is no quality delish for using it in car mode vs using the home plug . This thing is amazing honestly . Great product . Happy customer. Hopefully it lasts me awhile . If your considering buying not hesitate . Read more
I decided to invest in an electric back massager due to a lot of lower back pain. I have to say this one fits the bill. I do agree with the other reviews that it can hurt at times, but I found this only happens when your muscles are really tight. If you can withstand a few minutes of discomfort, you’ll find a payoff at the end. Overall, I recommend this item for the different modes and the ability to give a good tissue massage. Read more

It does as advertised. Pretty firm rollers, too, I wish the lower back setting stayed in my lower back , though. Read more
Nice gift, just wish the power cord was a bit longer as where we use it the plug is on the opposite side Read more
This KingPavonini back massager is designed for lower back and full-back deep tissue relief, and it's become a daily essential for me after long hours at the desk or post-workout tightness. What stands out is the ultra-slim profile—at its thinnest, it's super thin (around 0.8-1 inch in spots), so it slips seamlessly behind you on an office chair, car seat, couch, or even against a wall without pushing you forward awkwardly. The cushioned layer adds comfort so it doesn't dig in, and the whole thing feels well-padded yet supportive. The massage action is legit: 4 rotating shiatsu kneaders that move up and down along guided tracks, mimicking a real hands-on rolling/deep tissue session. It covers a good area (about 20x17 inches for full-back reach), targeting lower back knots, lumbar tension, and even up to shoulders if positioned right. Intensity levels are adjustable (multiple speeds/modes via remote or controls), so you can start gentle and crank it up for that "hurts so good" deep relief —feels therapeutic after 15-30 minute sessions with auto-timer options. Setup is easy: plug in (corded for consistent power), drape over the chair/backrest with straps or just lean against it, and go. It's lightweight and portable enough to move room-to-room or take to the office. After regular use, no weird noises, overheating, or wear—build seems solid for the price, and the cushion holds up without flattening. Compared to bulkier pillow-style massagers or handheld guns, this one's a winner for seated, hands-free relief that doesn't interrupt your day. Great for desk warriors, drivers, or anyone with chronic lower back tightness. Super satisfying piece of kit—quiet, effective, and low-profile. Read more
