Very few cool white path lights available on Amazon or any other source. These are the best design, shining the light down and out, not up. I ordered 2 packs of 8; only 7 had batteries. I always keep extras on hand so that was a quick, though irritating, fix. Not worth a return/replacement. Good news is the batteries are easily accessible so can be replaced when the lights start to dim. I replaced 14 lights bought 5 years ago with these 8 as the old ones started to yellow and fail. I bought these 6 months ago. 10 lumens is quite dim, though comparable to many other solar garden lights on the market. Just enough to light up some shapes in the yard and still maintain night vision to see some stars (to give an idea of how bright these are). I would not rely on these for walkways where I'd like to see steps and bumps, but they're also quite cheap and can give some accents to the yard so it's not completely dark. They did a nice job on the edge of our driveway. But, the drive is on a hill with a small curve. Most of our guests try to back out of the drive. Eventually they are all run over. Glad they were not very expensive. Even more happy we do not have wired lights being run over. Read more
These solar lights are really great. They light pathways very well, they have continued to work for a long time, and are night sky friendly--something hard to find in many other solar lights. However, they have one great defect. After a year in the weather, the plastic mounting tubes begin to deteriorate, and the heads begin to droop or fall off. Fortunately, I had some metal tubes left over from some earlier lights. When I replaced all the plastic tubes with these, they are back working again as they should. If they were to use plastic tubes instead of metal ones, I would give them 5 stars. Read more

My husband and son recently put in a natural stone stairway in our side yard and I wanted something to light it up. We tried other lights but they were upward facing and way too bright for my taste. These are just what I was looking for and I ordered 3 sets of 4 in order to light up the entire walk. The photos I have attached show the lights just at dusk when they automatically went on and then again around 10 pm. Very easy to assemble, I do worry how well they will hold up to Colorado winters since they are just made of plastic but I was unable to find anything made of metal that was solar and downward facing. If it is a soft light that you are looking for these lights should work for you too. Read more
I love these lights!!! They came in a set of six, however one of the lotus flower lights constantly stayed lit the moment I took them out of the box and turned them on. It never went out like it was supposed to (I guess the daylight sensor it broken) and then it never came back on when it got dark. But the remaining 5 are BEAUTIFUL at night, and look light regular path lights during the day. At night they change colors seamlessly and the colors are so pretty and vibrant. If all 6 lights had worked I would have given 5 stars 🌟. But because I love the 5 that work so much, I give 4 stars 🌟!!!! I recommend these lights, as I think the defect on my light is a fluke.
