I first used this mug in a coffee shop when I was traveling in Asia, I like the balance of its design, and the handle was warm with coffee filled. It is a very good winter mug. I came back to states, and found the mug is available on Amazon, so I made this purchase. The seller, Kinto USA,is in Ohio, so shipping was fast,and packaging was very careful.
