There is a horizontal seam that is right at my hips widest part and it was tight making it look very unattractive. I ordered this for a 50th wedding anniversary photo shoot with all our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as a backup to vintage lace dress being altered, just in case. I like it so much that I may change my mind and wear this instead of the one being altered. But if not, I will wear to our anniversary breakfast being hosted by friends that same weekend. Though dress is absolutely gorgeous, it seems that this dress was a "did not fit the hips return" as one pocket was torn and in a ripped open "clear green striped ready to ship baggy" (not even in the original Kirundo zip bag) - seller then shoved this dress in a "too small orange stripe Amazon bubble shipping bag" which was delivered to my wife busted open, dress exposed and barely inside it's "green stripe ready to ship bag" -- I hope my Monday delivery of same dress, different size Emerald Green dress is received in much better care taken manner.
