Water pump not working
Very unhappy. It seemed easy to set up, but all it makes is a sound that it is about to brew but will not brew at all. I tried just running water and that will not work at all. It is a christmas present so not sure if they will even try to fix it. Also the number for customer service is not in service as it says in the manual. Now I have a machine, an expensive one at that, which does not work. Read more

Stopped working after one week.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was excited to try this espresso machine, but that excitement quickly turned to frustration. After just one week of light use, it completely stopped working. I followed all the instructions, cleaned it properly, and treated it with care yet it still failed. For the price, I expected at least basic reliability. Total waste of money and time.
